Crown Siege Guide

Enemies and named bosses

Goblins are the main foe. That is the developers' own sentence from the 12 September preview: while goblins are still the main foe you will be contending with, the roster has expanded to include many new enemy and player units.

This page lists every enemy name we can pin to an official post or to a Steam achievement. It does not invent HP or wave indexes.

Named in official posts

NameSourceNotes
GoblinsStore page, 12 Sep post, demo postDefault wave fodder. Forest screenshots are full of them
TrollsDemo post, May 2026Named alongside goblins and dragons as things your army should eventually beat
DragonsDemo post + Dragon achievement (4.0%)Demo copy: defeat goblins, trolls and dragons. The achievement confirms a Dragon still exists in 1.0

Named as Steam achievements

These might be bosses, unique elites, or whole node clears — Steam does not say. The rates tell you how deep into a save they sit.

NameUnlock rate (19 Sep 2026)Reading
Ogre95.5%Almost everyone has seen it. Early-map
Frog Queen49.7%A launch-day balance thread called the wall the toad boss. Very likely this. Player identification, not a tooltip
Trojan Horse27.7%Mid-map rarity, around Fire Archer
Cyclops4.7%Late. Sits next to Dragon
Dragon4.0%Late
Cursed King1.5%Second-rarest achievement. Sits next to the 0.5% Crown Siege clear

Kill-count achievements (not enemies)

These are grind counters, not named units: Defeat 500 / 5,000 / 25,000 enemies. They are listed on the achievements page.

Flying units

v1.0.1_a does not name the flying enemies. It only says every unit type can now attack them, which is how we know they exist and that melee used to be the wrong answer. If you are writing a composition today, assume something in the air will show up and that Knights are no longer helpless into it.

Farm-node wildlife

Official wheat-field screenshots show pink pigs (some mounted) and brown boar-like riders with hats fighting around the keep. Those sprites are in the game art. They are not named in the achievement list. We are not going to guess Boar Rider into a table until a tooltip says it.
